kemach and mei peirot

Question

In learning R. Yosef's hilkhot Pesah, I came across a halakha that seemed to indicate that it is permissible to bake flour with mei peirot, which I understand to mean any pure fruit juice (and perhaps eggs?). Is that actually correct, or am I missing some key restriction/limitation here? Many thanks for your continuing help.
