Question

is it true that all the wheat in US that bakers use now are at least 3 to 4 years old and therefor there is no problem of kemach yashan on any wheat products

No problem of Kemach Chadash (new flour) in today's society, because everything is a Double-Safek (Sfek Sfeka). AA
