Question

.....so ill .....that she thinks the floor/rugs have ketamim... Is there any way .....not worry about any ketamim"?

If she wears underwear with a pad or pantiliner, all Ketamim are off. The only issue is Bedikot and getting a full bleeding of a period. It isn't an issue for a Rabbi, but rather a good Psychiatrist. Go now and get immediate help for her. Don't forget, "for better and for worse..." AA
