........Are there any guidelines you can give me for helping my wife observe the basics of hilchot nidda without the anxiety of ketamim, etc.?............ Concerned

Wearing a pad or pantiliner alleviates most Ketamim/stains, since it is not Mekabel Tumaah. Only significant amounts of bleeding will become a problem. Basic stains here and there would be OK. AA
