kiddush in shul

Question

When having kiddush in shul shabbat does everyone have to have enough mezzunot or just the person saying it? People don't really want to eat heavy before getting home.

You can eat whatever you want, but when you start to eat your meal, if you didn't eat enough to be considered kiddush b'makom seuda, you have to say kiddush again CYA
