hi, i am an ashkenazi and if i get married to a sefardi women, can she wear a headcovering in her tradition, or does it have to be a wig, since she will accept all of my minhagim?

A wife always takes on her husbands minhagim. I am not sure what you mean by "a headcovering in her tradition". A sephardic lady can also wear a wig. CYA
