Kitchen aid, cuisinart, etc

Question

1)I know that you stated repeatedly that the kitchen aid and cuisinart need not be koshered-does this mean that with simply washing these appliances well you can use them on Pesach, using the metal and plastic bowls, blades, and attachments that we use all year with hametz? I have always put these appliances away for the week. I would be so happy to be able to use them. 2)You said that glazed china, glazed dishes need not be koshered. Does this mean that we can use the china that we eat on year round for pesach. 3)Plastic lids from pyrex and corning ware that are used year round for hametz can be used for pesach if just washed? How about if they have been in the micro for reheating foods?
