Kitniot

Question

Do all sephardim eat kitiot on pesach? My father always says he didn't, he lived in South America and his family came from Turkey. Also many people in the Seattle Sephardic community do not eat kitniot. Are they just misguided? Thanks

All except those with Ashkenazic influences. One does not need to be "matir Neder"to change back. AA
