Kitniyos for Babies

Question

Is one allowed to feed kitniyos to a baby (8 month old) on Pesach? Also, do you know anything about Vitamin B derivatives being chametz?

Please give the baby his/her regular diet other than Chametz. Vitamin B is OK. AA
