Question

Can a Sephardi at my house use our Pesah pots to cook rice for herself and leave it in the refrigerator?

Absolutely! Kitniyot are not Chametz, just a Minhag. If she mixes tuna with Kitniyot Mayo, you can sneak some of her tuna. What she mixes for herself is OK for you to even eat on Pesach. AA
