Kitniyot

Question

1. I am Sephardi and we are making food with kitniyot in it for our seder. We are inviting Ashkenazim to the seder. Can they eat the food with kitniyot (the kitniyot will be batel be-rov). The issue is that we are definitely cooking more of this food because of this other very large family?
