kitniyot/mae peirot

Question

Rabbi Abadi 1- can ashkenazim eat kitniot cooked with "mae peirot" on pesach, since "mae peirot" is not machmetz? 2- if one were to boil off the water of "mae peirot" and then condense the boiled off water would the resulting recondensed liquid still be considered "mae peirot"? thank you
