Kitniyot & Oats

Question

Shalom Rav Abadi, You apparently do not wish to respond publically re; the kitniyos. But could you clarify what is meant by "80% of what they avoid is not part of the original Minhag." ALso, the points you made about halacha being in the purview of human poskim is also presented in detail quoting the same gemora that you did by Rav Moshe, zt'l, in his introduction to Orach Chaim. hsi is the first volume of his teshuvos. It's interesting also, taht his grandson translated this into english. but Dumbed down some of the more direct statements. Perhaps to temper any potential political controversy; the other possibility is that he made a n error in his translation?? Anyway thanks for your emmes and your work!! Joseph
