Kool Aid Burst & Tuna

Question

1. Does the corn syrup in the Kool Aid Burst pose a problem for Askenazim or since it is inedible in its state make it batel. (on your pesach list I see it is acceptable for all). 2. Does tuna need to be bishul yisroel or as long as it says "Dolphin Free" it is fine?

1) I don't know the details of the product off-hand, but correct me if I'm wrong, I think that it is batel Berov. 2) All Tuna is "Dolphin Free." Do you really believe that you'll find dolphin in your can of tuna?! AA
