Greetings! I am emailing to ask about the kosher certification process on behalf of a friend who is opening up a business. So what exactly is the kosher certification business model? How do they charge? Is it monthly? Yearly? What is the price for inspection? And how do they certify products? And how much does it cost to certify? Is it different price for different restaurants etc? Thank you so much!
