kosher, coffee crisp

Question

You paskined yesterday that the above chocolate bar is kosher . my question is the following: what reason in the world would a learned orthodox rabbi give for this chocolate bar not to be kosher? The Government is required to disclose all the ingredients, and all the ingridients here are kosher. Is there something that certain poskim are makpid on that would render this chocolate bar not to be kosher? thanx
