Kosher for Pesach

Question

Why does aaron abadi respond "i don't know" to questions regarding kosher lepesach items, where the ingredients are listed in the question, but ormally just reading the ingredients are ok for regular kashrus. Why cant u rely on the ingredients list for pesach too? thanks

Not every ingredient is for sure Kosher. Is red wine vinegar Kosher at any volume? AA
