Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiIt looks like a good idea. The Hechsher is just business as usual for the OU. A business decision by Neatzit. The gedolim that were mentioned I doubt are getting paid for their name. They probably wrote a Teshuva about this kind of Tzitzit. CYA
