Kosher wine NOT for Pesah?

Dear Rabbi Abadi, Thank you for all the invaluable help you provide to us every year. Hazak Ubaruch! Here are the questions: 1. I have seen 2 wines from Manischewitz, Blackberry and Cream White Concord American, that are labeled OU but NOT OU-P. What render them NOT Kasher LePesah (or Hames?)? 2. If any of the aforementioned wines were used to cook food BEFORE Pesah for consumption during Pesah, and the wine is more that 1/60th of the entire food prepared, what should be done NOW with the leftover wine, that food cooked with the wine, the pots and utensils used for cooking the food if there's a problem with the wine?
