Koshering baking trays

Question

A. Can baking trays be koshered? What about a chicken roaster (enamel coated metal)? B. Off the topic...If I have only one oven, and I want to bake something dairy in it uncovered, must 24 hours elapse before using it for meat uncovered? Do I kosher it before using it for meat uncovered? Thanks! Question B has been gnawing at me for some time.....

1) Sure put in the oven on high for 1.5 hours 2) If the oven is clean it's fine. If not, clean it AA
