Krias Shema

Question

If you have to say krias shema without the brachos one day becuase you'll miss the zman if you wait to daven with a minyan (the magen avraham shita), should you say the third perek of tzitzis as well? I thought since you can say it the whole day it is better to save it till you birchos kriat shema later.

1) Yes 2) Just say it on a "Tenai," making a deal that if your second Shema is still in time, then you want that to be the one that fulfills your Mitzvah. Otherwise, the first one should be the one. AA
