Label checking and Israel

Hello Rabbi, Please keep up the great work. Your website is a very important information tool. 1 - The reason we can rely on label checking is that even if there is something forbidden there would have a bitul, right? 2 - Can rely on labels for manufactored products in Israel?

Actually, there is no need for bitul, as the label includes every ingredient. But, yes, if there was something, it would be Batel. 2. Yes AA
