lactaid milk

Question

I read on the Q&A forum that Lactaid is allowed because it is a medication. What about Lactaid milk? It contains:milk, lactase enzyme, vitamin A palmitate and vitamin D3. Does it make a difference that the lactaid is mixed with the milk or is it still OK? Another question: Hain safflower oil ingredients:expeller pressed safflower oil, dl Tocopheryl Acetate, and dl Tocopherol(vitamin E)
