Is there a concept of lashon hora between husband and wife? Please elaborate. thanks.

Just to spread bad info about someone to a wife could be Lashon Hara. However venting about what happened, sharing important info, and so on is OK. If the person you speak about does not regret his actions, it's OK. AA
