Listerine Strips

Listerine makes a product called Listerine pocket paks oral care strips. They are little strips which dissolve in your mouth and leave you with fresh breath. The strips will add liquid in your mouth after it dissolves, but its purpose is just for good breath. My question to you is: 1) Does it require a Brachah 2) May it be "eaten" before kiddush on shabbat 3) May it be "eaten" on a fast day 4) Does it require a hechsher. I hope that you know about the product that I am describing, because without that knowledge you probably will not be able to answer this question.
