lo-carb products- bread

Question

Rabbi, we all of America going low-carb crazy, and the with the low carb " bread" ( there are over 20 different breads ) substantially produced from soy and almond flour, have you yet begun to research any of these products? I would happy to detail to you the exact product that i would appreciate your position on, I just thought you might already have begun the process- please advise- thanks in advance- gabe
