M3 Electric Razor

Dear Rav Abadi, There is a new product called the Gillete M3 Electric Razor which is a razor, not a shaver, that uses a battery-powered vibration mechanism. The blade goes directly on the skin, so as I understand the matter based upon your rulings it is forbidden for men's facial/head shaving. Please confirm this. yes. forbidden for shaving the beard and the sideburns. The rest of your head is ok. AA
