Question

Regarding Maaser - If one is offered a salaried job with a Non-profit (tzedaka worthy) organization, at a lower wage than otherwise would be accepted. Can the difference be considered Maaser? Todah, and Mazal Tov

The best way to handle it is to ask them to approve of this arrangement and give them a check & let them give it back to you as salary. AA
