Mitoku organic Marukura sweet white miso, Japanese soybean paste. Ingredients: Organic handmade rice koji (this is a culture spore), organic whole soybeans, water, and sea salt. 2. Mitoku wild wakame san-riku coast Japanese sun-dried seaweed. Ingredients: Japanese dried seaweed (undaria pinnatifida). 3. Mitoku organic ise arame Japanese sun-dried seaweed. Ingredients: Japanese dried sea vegetable: organic ise arame (Eisenia Bicyclis). 4. Mitoku organic hidaka kombu Japanese sun-dried seaweed. Kosher Pareve for Pesach for Sephardim and Ashkenazim should avoid the rice and beans, unless they are on a diet for health or other such reasons. Just watch out for bug items. AA
