Majority

Question

I was recently at a party sponsored by the company that I work for and the waiter there came around with a plate of appetizers. I asked him what there were and he told me that he is new there and he isn't sure what is what, but that he knows that most of the stuff there is smoked salmon, just dressed up different ways. Assuming that the dressed up part was NOT a problem of kosher (which I also assumed), could I say that i could eat from any of the appetizers based on majority?
