Manhattan Bagel

Question

If I go in to Manhattan Bagel (a chain store), can I purchase the plain, poppy, sesame bagels. I see that they also have a bin for cheddar bagels and other flavors that could be non-kosher. Need I be concerned that the plain varieties were boiled in the same water as the cheddar? Thanks
