Manicure

Question

When i get a manicure/pedicure is it a problem if they cut my nails and just let them drop on the floor (which is later vacuumed i assume). Also, regarding nail filing- can that be done on to the floor or must it be done over a tissue which will then be disposed of? Thanks!
