One does not need to "investigate" to realize you are wrong. In the letter of the beis din of yerushalayim, as you quoted, it says:"We have HEARD:....."Arent you getting the point?! Read all the teshavas. Almost all say we heard or based on what you said etc..Rav Yosef's teshuva says based on what Rabbi Wosner said, Rabbi Wosner's teshuva says based on what vaad mishmeres stam says. Do you not smell a conspiracy? Vaad mishmeres stam is a group of soferim who are afrad to lose money. I do not mean to bad mouth vaad mishmeres stam, but if it's the only way to defend kavod hatorah, so be it. We have to not be so naive and smell the coffe. THERE IS A CONSPIRACY HERE!
