I'm sorry for insisting but could you please explain to me when the problem of Maryit Haayin does stand if you answered me that in the Guemara that type of Maryit Haayin(sitting in a Mcdonald's)is not brought down,because if i'm not wrong Michze Kemevashel in Hilchot Shabbat is because of Maryit Haayin and its still speaking in a different domain,please explain?

Answered by Aaron AbadiIf you are asking for me to develop a list of locations where Maarit Haayin is said in the Talmud, than you need to give me a good reason why I should take the time to do that research. If you are asking why McDonald's is not an issue of Maarit Haayin, then that is simple. Maarit Haayin only applies in specific situations that were listed in the Talmud. For example, if someone wanted to brush his hair on Shabbat with a Kosher brush (one that does not always remove hair), then he wouldn't worry about Maarit Haayin, because the Gemora didn't apply that Gezera here. If Maarit Haayin applied anywhere, it would be impossible to do anything. It is a specific Gezera set in specific cases. If you still don't understand it, then you really need to start from the beginning. Learning and knowing Tanach, Mishnayot, Gemara, Rishonim, And early Acharonim, before tackling a big issue like this. AA
