bs"d Rabbi Abadi, What is the difference between "machine shmura" and "18 minute" matzot? Is "18 minute" matza considered to be shmura, or does it depend on the manufacturer? Why would someone today make "koser l'pesach" matza that is NOT shmura, if one is worried about possible chametz? Thank you for your assistance.

They make Matzah that is not Shemura. They watch the baking of the Matzah, of course. AA
