Question

1.Does mayim achronim apply to women? 2.Can one use any liquid for mayim achronim? 3.Can one talk after mayim achronim? 4.On shabbos should I wash before shir hamalos or after? Thank you for all your time.

1 Yes 2 Yes 3 Yes, but if time passes & there is a serious Hefsek, you may need to wash again. 4 Shir Hamaalos is not part of Birkat Hamazon.... AA
