Mayim achronim

Question

Rabbi, Is mayim achronim a chova for women too? People, including learned ones, see it as pretentious when a woman wants to wash mayim achronim. What about mezuman for women? Are we obliged in it, or is it preferable to avoid the scenario by bentching before the others at the table? Thank you

1) Yes. Woman have the same requirement on this as men. 2) When there are three men who will Bentch together , the women are also required to answer and bentch together. AA
