Meat and Dairy Waiting Times

Question

Although I do not have an exact source, I have heard it quoted that if one sleeps after a meat meal the usual six hour waiting period before dairy is considered fulfilled. Is this true and what is Rav Abadi's view on this matter. Thank you very much.
