what do you feel about the opinion that says you can wait 5 hours and one minute,( considered going into the 6th hour)? and is this even a reliable opinion? or are you strictly 6 full hours. also, chicken? are you more mekil? thanks for prompt answer

Yes. It is reliable chicken, & meat are the same for this. AA
