Question

I recently saw in Community magazine a letter from R'Ovadia Yosef condeming the Scroll Project. Was this an actual letter that he write? Is the Scroll Project against halacha?

He never saw the project & I never saw this letter. Rabbi Abadi approves of the silk-screen process. AA
