Answered by Aaron AbadiMen are not required to go to the Mikveh at all. The Mikveh only applied in the days when there was Teruma and such. There is a custom to go Erev Rosh Hashanah & Erev Yom Kippur. Others go every morning. You certainly shouldn't miss the correct time of prayers in order to dip in the Mikkey. AA
