Question

jews are getting killed in israel and people are worried about wigs and the kashrut of tap water.there are more urgent issues to confront.are we not crazy?

Can you possibly explain yourself. As you state "Jews are dying", If so, aren't we supposed to be a bit more careful in our Mitzvos. Avoda Zara and bugs are pretty important issues to be careful with. Maybe we should all improve on our level of hair covering and/or bugs. (this whole tumult is maybe a reminder that K'lal Yisrael needs to improve on these important Mitzvos) There are some communities that just deleted these mitzvos from their households, Hashem Yerachem.
