Metamucil
Question
Your father writes in his sefer than one may not take Metamucil on shabbos because of Refuah. WHat about it one takes it every morning and if he doesnt he feels "diffrent" may he then take shabbos morning as well?

Answered by Aaron AbadiI'm not understanding the logic. Things for Refuah (medicine) are not allowed on Shabbat, except when sick enough to be bed-ridden or similar. You can eat bran, but Metamucil is taken as a medicine. AA
