microwave/oven
Question
I'm slight confused after a couple of recent posts. In a post (9353) on using a microwave it is stated to cover either all dairy or all meat items when you cook in one microwave. However in a series of posts on ovens (the most recent is 9308) it seems to say that you can cook meat and milk in the same oven immediately one after the other without having to cover food. Have I understood correctly if so what is the difference between a microwave and an oven? Thank you
