Mike's the saga

Question

At this point there is no question that Mike's is kosher. However, I still don't understand how you said it was Kosher without knowing the ingredients, seemingly because of a Safek. What was the Safek? When you were asked if all pretzels were kosher you said that you once saw a chicken product in potato chips. Meaning that you can't assume anything. I'm sorry to keep bothering you on this subject but I am honestly confused. Thanks for all your work Mordy
