Question

Thanks for explaining the rabbi's thinking regarding swimming pools. A related question: Most public pools (at least outdoor ones) are only open during daylight hours. Similarly, it can be dangerous to swim in a lake or the ocean after dark. In any of these circumstances, can a woman immerse during the day?
