Question

Hi If I do not keep chalav Yisrael does the heter of stam chalav apply in other countries? I am asking specifically about Iceland and Prauge, but would like to ask in general about other countries as well. Thanks

In any civilized countries it's ok. Contrary to popular opinion, it is actually Chalav Yisrael in these countries. If the milk is kosher, then it is Chalav Yisrael. You want to be concerned in certain African countries etc... AA
