Milk without hashgacha

Question

1) Can I buy milk which does not have an OU AND does not say that it is from a cow? In other words, does the fact that they do not say it is from a cow allow them to use camel or pig milk? 2) Is one allowed to use an electric shaver, and if so, does that include "lift and cut," which some (but not all) poskim have said is worse than a regular electric shaver?
