Minch/Maariv

Question

Is it o.k. to daven mincha right before hkia and the to daven maariv right after shkia (befor tset hakochavim). What is the proper thing to do?

That is perfectly fine. It is not OK to do Maariv/Arbit before Shkia, even on Fridays. AA
