Question

Thank you so much for all your hard work. I wanted to know if I could use the same mixer I use year round, given that I make hagalah on the metal attachments. I was told that flour gets into the motor and may fall into the mixture I am making. Also, there is a yellow coloring spice put out by Badia with the following ingredients; corn flour, yellow #5, cumin, red #40. Is it ok for pesach. If not is tumeric ok for pesach.
